Meet Tami Holladay

Someone Who Gets What You're Building and Knows How to Help You Lead It Better.

I know what it takes to build something meaningful because I've spent 20+ years sitting across from the people doing it. I'm a Leadership and Business Coach with a Master's in Counseling and a background that started long before coaching had a name for what I was doing. I grew up as an Air Force kid, moving from place to place and learning early how to walk into a new room and find my footing. That curiosity about people and that instinct to create belonging never left me. It just became the work I was made to do.

My Story

I didn't start here. But I was always headed here.

I grew up as an Air Force kid, which meant I got good at something most people spend years trying to learn, how to walk into a room full of strangers and find my place in it. Moving meant starting over, and starting over meant learning how to read people quickly, connect genuinely, and create belonging wherever I landed. I didn't have a word for it then. I just knew it mattered.

That instinct followed me into every role I've ever had. I spent years walking alongside people in some of the hardest moments of their lives: women facing unplanned pregnancies, teenagers navigating early parenthood, youth trying to figure out who they were and what they believed. I learned how to hold space without taking over, ask the questions that actually matter, and trust people with their own clarity. My Master's in Counseling gave me the framework, but the people I sat across from gave me the real education.

Eventually I made my own pivot. I wanted to work with people who were building something and just needed someone in their corner who believed in them as much as they believed in their vision. I've built things myself too, launched businesses, helped start a nonprofit satellite office, and spent the last six years growing Holladay Coaching. I know what it feels like to carry a vision, make the hard decisions, ride the ups and downs, and wonder if you're doing it right.

Today I work with founders, entrepreneurs, and professionals who are capable and driven and ready to stop doing it alone. There is nothing broken about what they are doing. Growth just asks more of you as a leader, and the right thinking partner changes everything.

WHY THIS WORK

I believe every person has more capacity than they're currently giving themselves credit for, and I've seen it proven true enough times that it stopped feeling like a belief and started feeling like a fact.

The founders and entrepreneurs I work with are already capable and already have the vision. What gets in the way is almost never a lack of talent or ideas. It's the thoughts and beliefs running quietly in the background that shape every decision, every hesitation, and every moment they hold themselves back from the thing they actually want. That's where I do my best work, sitting with someone in that space and helping them see what's actually going on so they can move forward with real clarity and confidence.

When you understand your values, recognize how you're wired, and start making decisions from that place, something shifts. The business gets sharper, the leadership gets stronger, and the life you're building alongside it starts to feel like it genuinely fits who you are.

I started Holladay Coaching in 2020 because I was tired of dreaming about it and finally ready to do it. Every client I've worked with since has reminded me that this is exactly where I'm supposed to be.

WHAT’S NEXT

If you're a founder, entrepreneur, or working woman who is ready to grow not just what you've built but who you are as the leader running it, I'd love to connect.

The inquiry call is free, it's 30 minutes, and it's just a conversation. We'll talk about where you are, where you want to go, and whether working together makes sense. You don't need to have it all figured out before you reach out. That's what the call is for.

If we can share our story with someone who responds with empathy and understanding, shame can’t survive.
