About Tami

Ever feel like you're carrying a lot of responsibility and trying to make the right decisions in work and life… but there’s rarely space to slow down and think clearly?

You’re not alone. And you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.

Hi, I’m Tami Holladay, a Leadership + Life Facilitator with an M.A. in Counseling. I work with business owners, professionals, and working parents who want to lead their work and their lives with more intention.

My work helps people step out of constant reaction and move into confident leadership. Together we focus on clear priorities, thoughtful decisions, and practical systems that support the life and business they actually want to build.

With 20+ years of experience in counseling, leadership, and coaching, along with my own experience running businesses while raising a family, I understand the weight many leaders carry. There are always more decisions to make, more responsibilities to manage, and more people depending on you.

That is where my work comes in.

Through coaching, workshops, and a community membership, we cultivate work-life fulfillment with smarter decision-making, clear priorities, and confident steps forward in life and business.

Why I Do This Work

Growing up in a military family, I moved frequently across the U.S. and spent part of my childhood in Germany, learning how to adapt and create structure in ever-changing environments. As a young adult, I took a leap and moved to Australia to work with youth, deepening my understanding of resilience, problem-solving, and personal growth. These experiences shaped my passion for helping others find stability and confidence, even in the midst of change.

A Few of My Favorite Things

  • Married to my incredible husband and best friend, Chad, who’s been my biggest supporter.

  • Proud mom of three amazing children, who I want to know they are loved beyond measure.

  • Recharging in the beauty of Colorado’s outdoors, where I feel closest to God.

  • Cuddling with my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Oakley.

  • Connecting with friends over coffee or chai tea.

  • Living authentically in relationships that encourage personal growth and resilience.

My Background

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Family Studies from Weber State University and a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Denver Seminary. I’m also a Certified Enneagram Coach and a trained facilitator in Prepare/Enrich, these are tools I use to help clients gain self-awareness, improve communication, and create meaningful change.

Ready to Simplify and Succeed?

If you’re carrying a lot of responsibility and want space to think clearly, make strong decisions, and lead your life and work with intention, you don’t have to do that alone.

Let’s do this together. I can’t wait to cheer you on!
