Why Driven People Get Stuck and What Actually Helps
You Already Know What to Do
I was talking with a business owner not too long ago and she said something that made me nod my head and smile, because I've heard some version of it more times than I can count; she told me she's been struggling to prioritize, to organize, to figure out where to even start, and I just thought, yep, I know exactly what that is.
Maybe you've said something like that yourself, or at least thought it, somewhere between your third cup of coffee and a to-do list that never seems to get any shorter.
This Isn't About Knowing More
Here's the thing I want you to really sit with for a minute; the people who come to me feeling this way are not struggling because they don't know enough, or because they haven't read the right book, or because they need one more productivity hack or a better morning routine. They are driven, ambitious, capable people who have already figured out so much, and yet there is this gap between what they know they should be doing and what they are actually doing, and that gap is exhausting to live in.
It's not an information problem, it never really was.
You Could Probably Teach the Masterclass
I've worked with enough founders, business owners, and professionals to know that most of them could teach a masterclass on what they need to do to grow, to lead better, to create more margin in their life, to build something that actually feels good to be a part of. They know. The knowing is not the issue.
What's missing is someone in their corner, keeping them focused when life gets loud, encouraging them when the momentum stalls, and helping them stay in motion even when everything inside them wants to slow down or stop.
We Were Never Meant to Do This Alone
We live in a culture that really celebrates the idea of figuring it out on your own, of pushing through, of being the person who doesn't need help, and there is something admirable in that drive, but it also comes with a quiet cost that a lot of people are paying without even realizing it; because the truth is, we were never really meant to do this alone, and the most successful people I know are not succeeding because they finally found the perfect plan or the perfect system. They're succeeding because they stopped white-knuckling it by themselves and let someone walk alongside them.
What It Looks Like to Have Someone in Your Corner
That's what individual coaching with me looks like, and it's also what The Nudge Community is all about; a group of driven, ambitious people who are done going it alone and are ready to actually move forward together, with accountability and encouragement that makes the difference between knowing and doing.
If you've been reading this and thinking, that's me, I want you to know that's not a coincidence, and it's not a sign that something is wrong with you; it's actually a sign that you're ready, and ready is a really good place to start.
Reach out, and let's talk about what it looks like to have someone in your corner.
