I’m Tami Holladay - Your Coach
I am a leadership and business coach with a counseling background, and that combination is intentional. I work with founders, entrepreneurs, and small business owners who are leading a business, a team, and a vision, and doing most of it in their own head. What I have found is that the thing standing between where they are and where they want to go is rarely a lack of information. It is how they are thinking, leading, and making decisions when it counts.
So we work on both, the business and the person running it. Because the two are never really separate.
I have spent over 20 years coaching, counseling, leading teams, and building community. I know what it feels like to be a driven woman figuring it out without the right people around her, which is exactly why I created The Nudge Community.
Not a cheerleading squad. Not a mastermind where everyone is performing. A room of driven women who are genuinely invested in each other's growth, led by a coach who will not let you play small.

What kind of results do women actually experience in the community?

I already have accountability in my life. How is this different?
The accountability in this community is not a check-in structure. It is peer-level, not only coach-to-client. It is a room where the standard is high and everyone is invested in each other's growth. If you have ever been in a group where the conversation was too surface-level for where you are, this is the alternative to that.
My schedule is full. How demanding is this?
This was built for women with full lives. Live online sessions are on the first four Mondays of each month at 11am MST. All calls are recorded so you can watch when it works for you. You join what serves you most and skip what does not. The value is in the access and the community, not in perfect attendance.
Are sessions live or recorded?
Both. We host live sessions monthly including workshops, coaching calls, and planning sessions. Recordings are always available inside the private member portal so you never miss the value.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes! We want this community to feel like the right fit for you, so you’re welcome to cancel your membership at any time.
All membership payments are non-refundable. When you cancel, you won’t be charged again, and your access will continue through the end of your current billing period.
Monthly memberships are billed month to month.
Annual memberships are paid in full, include a discounted rate, and come with one individual coaching call with Tami.
