I’m Tami Holladay - Your Coach
I'm Tami Holladay, a Leadership and Business Coach with a Master's in Counseling and 20+ years of experience walking alongside people who are ready to grow. I grew up as an Air Force kid, moving from place to place and learning early how to walk into a new room and find my footing. That instinct to create belonging wherever I landed never left me. It became the work I was made to do.
I created the Nudge Community because every woman deserves a room where she truly belongs. A place where she can find balance in her professional and personal life, be surrounded by women who genuinely support each other, and have the accountability and encouragement she needs to implement her vision and reach her goals.
I built this for the woman who has people around her who love her and still feels like no one quite understands what she's building. This is a room where the standard is high, the support is real, and you don't have to explain yourself to be understood. If that's what you've been looking for, you belong here.

What do women actually experience inside the community?

My schedule is full. How demanding is this?
This was built for women with full lives. Live online sessions are on the first four Mondays of each month at 11am MST. All sessions are recorded so you can watch when it works for you. Join what serves you most and skip what does not.
What makes this worth $59 a month?
For $59 a month you get weekly touchpoints with a coach and a community of driven women, monthly workshops, quarterly planning, peer accountability, and in-person gatherings if you're local. Most women spend more than that on things that don't move them forward. This is the room that does.
Are sessions live or recorded?
Both. We host live sessions monthly including workshops, coaching calls, and planning sessions. Recordings are always available inside the private member portal so you never miss the value.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes! We want this community to feel like the right fit for you, so you’re welcome to cancel your membership at any time.
All membership payments are non-refundable. When you cancel, you won’t be charged again, and your access will continue through the end of your current billing period.
Monthly memberships are billed month to month.
Annual memberships are paid in full, include a discounted rate, and come with one individual coaching call with Tami.
**If we have enough interest to start a second cohort for a different day and time that is a possibility, make sure to reach out if you’re interested.
